Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Capitol is closed for ceremonies on Sundays. The visit is free. This large 18th century building with a colorful stone and brick facade now houses the town hall and the opera... Famous for its state rooms, don't miss the Salle des Illustres: Henri Martin , Jean-Paul Laurens, Paul Gervais and many other artists have painted or sculpted the decor of these rooms. Finally, on leaving, take advantage of the beauties of the Place du Capitole by strolling near the Occitan cross on the pavement, decorated with the twelve signs of the zodiac or by having a coffee under the arcades and paintings by Raymond Moretti!
